Dr. Jeanine Packham NP
President
Dr. Packham is the President of AFGE Local 2152. She has formerly held the roles of Steward, 2nd VP Title 5, and Executive Vice-President. She is a doctorally prepared, dual certified acute care and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner who has cared for Veterans at the VA for 20+ years in urgent care, ED, compensation & pension, and cardiology. As a gardener's daughter and child of immigrants, she stays true to her humble roots and the fight for a better workplace for federal employees so they can better serve Veterans and our country.
Troy Stormoen
Executive Vice President/Sergent-at-Arms/Treasurer
Troy Stormoen currently serves as the 2nd Vice President Title 5 for AFGE Local 2152. Troy joined the VA as a Veteran Outreach Program Specialist for the Reno Vet Center in 2008 and organized the Reno Vet Center into the Local in 2022. He began his service as a Steward for the Reno Vet Center before joining the officer team in the summer of 2024. Prior to joining the VA Troy served in the US Army and deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq as an infantryman with the 101st Airborne (Air Assault).
